I feel bad for leaving less than 5 stars, as my shopping with Caravans Plus in the past has been excellent. However, my last item, a Thetford Topline 922 cooktop, was very disappointing. The item arrived smashed to pieces. The box was damaged and obviously damaged in transit, but the packaging was incredibly poor. A bit of bubble wrap and some thin pieces of polystyrene were woefully inadequate for an interstate posting. We opened the package and were immediately showered in tiny glass fragments, like a snashed windscreen. Caravans Plus did give us a full refund plus our express postage, which was greatfully received. I will not be buying anything that could be considered fragile or breakable from them, which is sad because we have found them great in the past, with great products.
