Review of Caravans Plus Service
I tried to buy a component from the manufacturer, but they wouldn't supply the part neither to myself nor the staff at a shop in my local area selling the product. The cashier found Caravans Plus on line and sent me the address. I ordered the part and paid for it and the communication was exceptional. I was notified immediately of my order and that it was being processed. I had notifications from Caravans plus informing me every step of the way about my order and where it was as well as notifications from Australia Post of where my part was. All this attention for a $14 part. I am very impressed. It was very easy to do the ordering as well.
